Refund policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Our products are technical hardware items intended for installation and use. As such, all sales are final except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide a description of the issue and supporting photos or video

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the item,
  • replace the item, or
  • issue a refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • items damaged due to installation error, misuse, or modification
  • normal wear and tear
  • compatibility issues
  • items returned without prior authorization
  • items returned after use or installation
  • shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees

Shipping & Duties

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. These charges are non‑refundable.
